A man who recently moved from Cullman to Louisiana is dead after a workplace shooting.
Authorities identified the victim as Zakary Stewart, 22, of Cullman. He was fatally shot at about 5:30 p.m., at the dealership’s service center at 298 E. Howze Beach Road.
Police said Taylor and Stewart had been feuding for several days, and that Taylor ran off after the shooting. The reason for the fight was not immediately known. The St. Tammany Parish coroner, Dr. Charles Preston, said Stewart recently moved from Alabama and was staying with friends on West End Boulevard in Slidell.
