Trenton Turner Reed, 27, of Hartselle, was arrested on a property off Barkley Bridge Road near Hartselle. U.S. Marshals, Decatur police and deputies participated in the arrest.
Authorities began looking for Reed back in March while he was out on bond for several charges related to an incident in January.
According to court documents, Reed was accused of forcing his way into a Decatur home and sexually assaulting a teenage girl, while armed with a knife.
