I love to cook, so I spend a lot of time shopping the perimeter of the grocery store for fresh produce and meat. If I’m having a meal that needs a sauce or dressing, I like to buy all of the ingredients and make it myself.Because I’m obsessed with my rice cooker, most of my dinners start with white rice.
With the rice, I’ll have a fresh veggie, a cooked veggie, and some sort of meat. I know that brown rice is a small amount better than white, but I prefer white rice. I love veggies, so I’ll just eat more of them to make up for any micronutrients I’m missing out on.. When I’m training really hard, I’ll also have a protein shake made with collagen powder.
