An Air France flight headed to Denver was diverted to Winnipeg Sunday morning.

The Winnipeg Regional Airports Authority confirmed that AF630 landed at the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport around noon.According to the airline’s website, the flight left the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris around 10:36 a.m. local time and was supposed to arrive in Denver shortly after 12:30 p.m. MT. However, an airline spokesperson told CTV News the flight was diverted to Winnipeg for “operational reasons.

A spokesperson for the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service said crews were dispatched to the airport around 11:46 a.m. for reports of a potential smell of smoke on an incoming airplane. However, when the plane landed, crews said there was no emergency or hazard found and no injuries were reported.
