Papers by the Canadian Forces College say a large number of the Leopard 2 tanks are inoperable

on Sunday that Ukraine plans to ask Canada for some Leopard 2 tanks once Berlin removes the bureaucratic hurdles blocking their re-export., “We’ve sent a huge slew of different types of weapons, including an air-defence system. We will look at all the requests from Ukraine but we’re not there yet for the Leopard 2 tanks.”
