The Pasig City local government announced on Tuesday that the active COVID-19 cases in the city dropped from 1,023 on Oct. 4. to 706 on Oct. 11.
Based on a COVID-19 monitoring report posted on the Pasig City Public Information Office Facebook page on Tuesday, Oct. 12, the city recorded 706 active cases and 1,350 deaths.
One week earlier on Oct. 5, Tuesday, the PIO released a similar report which noted 1,023 active cases and 1,322 deaths as of Oct. 4. The Pasig PIO also reported that as of Oct. 7, a total of 777,890 vaccines have been deployed — 424,791 for the first dose and 353,099 for the second dose.
