A litter of kittens was recently discovered abandoned in a box at Thetis Lake parking lot in Greater Victoria. Luckily, they were found in time and are now receiving care at the Capital Regional District (CRD) Animal Shelter. The seven-week-old kittens were sick with upper respiratory infections but are currently in foster homes recovering.
