6.2-acre island features sandy beach, dock, boathouse, deep-water moorage, paths through park-like woods, a caretaker’s house at the dock, plus a main house and four cabins near a man-made lake
If you’ve ever dreamed of owning your own island and you have a spare $7 million then Pym Island, a few minutes by boat from North Saanich, may be for you.
Logan Wilson shares the listing with Brayden Klein of the Victoria Luxury Group, part of Sotheby’s International Realty. Four to five calls per day come in asking about the island, said Wilson. It is among only a few B.C. islands listed for sale. Some are in more remote areas and are not as accessible.
The island is being marketed internationally. Wilson said he has received interest from Canadians as well.
