A host on Channel 4's A Place in the Sun has shared the harsh reality for buyers working on a smaller budget. Jean Johansson had some candid home truths for buyers on A Place in the Sun about their house budget on the show.
Host Jean came up with five great options to show them on the Channel 4 show to fit their budget of £80,000, with wiggle room of a couple of thousand pounds. They hoped for a property with one or two bedrooms, a nice outside area, a pool and a good view.Jean said: "I'll be honest with you, the budget is ok. But for everything you want there will be compromises.
On the third property, Jean showed the mum and son the shared pool and neither of them looked pleased. Katie said: "It's nothing like the last couple of properties."
