They would then take jewelry, money, high-end watches, and phones, Essig alleged, “either through force or when the victim passes out.”prosecutors now believe that Allen, working with 36-year-old Sean Shirley, committed 26 robberies and attempted robberies between March and December 2022.
Last week, Allen was also charged for the killings of 25-year-old Rutgers student Alexander Rudnitsky and 33-year-old Queens resident Sadath Ahmed. He faces ten counts of second-degree murder — two for each death — in total, as well as 17 counts of robbery and attempted robbery. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment.
