KINGSLAND, Texas — Texas is full of haunted history, and if you're up for a little road trip,The infamous house from ''Texas Chainsaw Massacre'' is just outside of Austin.
In the 1974 original movie, “Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” this was the home of Leatherface and his mentally disturbed family. “It was chopped up in seven pieces and moved from Round Rock, Texas, brought here and rebuilt on-site,” he said. “And it took them like three years to rebuild it.”The home was rebranded to"Hooper's" to pay some homage to the director of the movie, Toby Hooper.
