It alleges that the rules"substantially harm hundreds of thousands of teachers, librarians, students, and families by upending Florida’s public education system," and should be rolled back. "It will be up to the administrative hearing officer -– and then subsequently the courts, upon appeal, to determine whether the administrator has acted beyond the scope of the statutory authority contained within the language the legislative intent of the law," he added.
