According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, at least 33,137 Palestinians have been killed and 75,815 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7. The Military Wing of Hamas, the Qassam Brigades, claimed that Nine Israeli Soldiers were killed in the Az-Zanna District in Eastern Khan Younis while Five were killed in the Al-Amal Neighbourhood. Meanwhile, mediators are expected to resume ceasefire talks in Cairo today. Hamas is sending a delegation and the Israeli War cabinet is expected to meet today to decide if it will also participate in the talks. Egypt's Al-Qahera news said CIA Director Bill Burns and Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Bin Jassim Al-Thani would join Egyptian Mediators for Sunday's indirect talks between the Israeli and Hamas delegations. Hamas confirmed ahead of the talks that its core demands were a complete ceasefire in Gaza and the withdrawal of Israeli Forces.
