When 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee opens its first San Antonio-area location Monday, the first 100 guests will receive a free drink.

The 7 Brew chain is the latest in a long line of competitors attempting to snag a share of San Antonio's caffeine cravings, joining Black Rock Coffee Bar, Dutch Bros. Coffee, The Human Bean, PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans and others that have opened in recent years. The first 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee location opened in Rogers, Ark., in 2017, and has rapidly expanded over the past six years. The new San Antonio shop, located in Universal City, will be the brand's 100th store to open. Additional San Antonio locations are planned, but exact addresses have not yet been announced.
"We couldn’t be more excited to greet and get to know all the San Antonians,” said Payton Medlin, the operations manager for 7 Brew in San Antonio, in a media release."7 Brew is so much more than coffee, and our goal is to bring joy and make a connection with every guest that drives through the line. The lines may be fast, but the friendships we make are long!"The first San Antonio-area 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee will open Monday in Universal City, with more area locations planned.
