LAHORE: The Lahore High Court Appellate Tribunal allowed former Chief Minister Punjab and Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf President Pervaiz Elahi to contest the by-election. Pervez Elahi had challenged the rejection of nomination papers from PP 32, on which the Appellate Tribunal allowed him to contest the election.
