Police said the teenager helped carry out the mass shooting on March 6 by acting as a look out at a Dunkin' and providing information about some potential targets. The Philadelphia Police Department previously said shots rang out at a SEPTA bus stop. Eight teenagers, who are students at Northeast High School ranging in age from 15 to 17, were hurt. Among them was a 16-year-old who was shot nine times.
