A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered leading to the arrest of a man wanted in shooting near Sheppard subway station last spring.
Authorities say Hoseyni was shot just after 10:10 p.m. and a man was seen leaving in a silver 2014 Hyundai Tucson with Ontario licence plate CVBA 460.He’s described as six-feet tall and 180 pounds with dark hair and has several tattoos on his upper left arm and one on his right hand.Bolo spokesperson Maxime Langlois said Parzham’s face will be on billboards and bus shelters and flyers will also be distributed in the Greater Toronto Area.
“Please look carefully,” said Langlois. “Mr. Parzham can’t cover his face 24/7. He can’t cover his right hand 24/7, be on the lookout. Mr. Parzham has successfully evaded arrest so far, but he will make a mistake sooner or later.”Article contentPolice say Parzham has strong ties to the GTA, in particular to Richmond Hill. Prior to 2022, he lived in the Vancouver area and still has connections there and is known to frequent the entertainment area of Hamilton Street.
If anyone sees Parzham, who is considered armed and dangerous, they should not approach him and immediately call 911, police said..“To anyone who may be assisting Kiarash Parzham in hiding from the police, know that you can and will be charged — an accessory after the fact first-degree murder charge,” said Allington.Since Bolo started five years ago, they’ve made 18 arrests from 50 cases, Langlois noted.
