Their work gives waste a second life and, well, turns trash into treasure. 4. Harmony Arts FestivalThrough August 7Harmony Arts Fest is returning to West Van with their celebration of the arts that features live music, visual art and awesome eats. The event also has a bespoke night market that runs from August 2-4, where you can purchase handmade goods from local artisans.5.
