The scene of an active shooter situation at Morgan State University in Baltimore on October 3, 2023 The five people injured in the mass shooting at Morgan State University appear to have been "unintended targets," according to Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley.
Of the five people who were hurt, four were students at the university. All had non-life-threatening injuries. One victim has already been released from the hospital, according to Worley. "One individual was the target of two individuals who had weapons," said Worley.
