The U.S. Capitol Police force investigated 38 complaints that had been made against officers during the January 6 riot.
The OPR said it was able to identify officers involved in 26 of the cases. It added several complaints did not have enough information to identify an officer.Of those, three were for unbecoming conduct, one for failure to comply with directives, one for improper remarks and one for improper dissemination of information.
The force continued, that one case about an official accused of"unsatisfactory performance and conduct" was still pending.
