A 25-year-old man has been charged by Detroit police in connection with the fatal shootings of three men. Christopher Rafael Gouch of Detroit has been charged in the death of Ansley Harris Jr., 45, Donahvan Gray, 36, and Kevin Scott, 63.
He has also been charged in the non-fatal shootings of two women and two men. On Sept. 27, just before 7:30 p.m., police were called to a home in the 14800 block of Prest Street for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they said they found the three fatalities in a vacant lot north of the home. They were unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the defendant and the victims were at an ‘illicit’ after-hours party at the home. During the party, an argument broke out among a group of women, leading to a physical incident moving outside. The confrontation allegedly grew to involve the group of women, the victims, and the defendant. The accused allegedly pulled out and fired a handgun multiple times.
Police said the suspect ran from the scene. The suspect was arrested on Tuesday by Detroit police. He is charged with: Three counts of first-degree murder Four counts of assault with intent to murder Seven counts of felony firearm
