"I’m shit at self-care. I wish I could tell you I did an hour of meditation or stirred a risotto for 45 minutes. It would probably be good for my mental and physical health. I have a little office in my apartment, and I work late and early in the morning, so when I’m reading or editing or trying to figure out things in the world, I take a break by playing the guitar.
