I always have a hot lunch at work, and my boyfriend's coworkers are jealous because not only doesn't he have to wait in line for the microwave, it produces a far superior outcome . I have cooked from a raw state to completely cooked on any number of proteins. From meatloaf, to beef stew, stewed chicken, etc.
I even can reheat my medium rare steak on the lid of my Glasslock container and not have it overcook. This thing is a lifesaver for those of us with food allergies. Never again will I have to pay Russian roulette while on trips. As you can see in my photos, the surface area of my food when opened was still over 140 degrees, internal is higher. The company said it cooks to 165 degrees, various tests show it at around 195 degrees on the plate itself." —
