The National Hockey League announced Friday that the 2024 NHL Draft Lottery will be held on Tuesday, May 7, at NHL Network’s studio in Secaucus, N.J. The event will be broadcast on ESPN, Sportsnet and TVA Sports. The time will be announced next week.
Because of the changes made in 2021, teams may only move up 10 spots due to the lottery. Therefore, here are the odds for the 11 teams eligible for the number-one pick:Teams can also only win the lottery twice in a five-year span. So yes, the Chicago Blackhawks can still win another one after getting Connor Bedard through the lottery in 2023.
