2023 Mazda MX-5 Miata gets new color, small price increase.
Step up to the Club trim, and you're looking at a starting price of $32,825. For the extra cash, you get Bilstein dampers, a front shock tower brace, a limited-slip differential, and a handful of other changes, including 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, and wireless Apple CarPlay. Want the fancy BBS wheels, Brembo brakes, and Recaro seats? They come as a $4500 optional package on the Club, and we highly recommend checking that box.
The top-of-the-line Grand Touring model will start at $34,325 for 2023 and gets all of the same mechanical upgrades as the Club. It has a host of technology-focused improvements, including adaptive headlights, automatic high beams, traffic sign recognition, rain-sensing wipers, and automatic climate control. There are also specific 17-inch gunmetal wheels.
If you want the hard-top convertible RF model, you'll have to choose between the Club model or the Grand Touring model, as it's not available with the base trim. For Club models, Mazda also requires you to option the BBS Recaro package if you want an RF, so you'll be paying $39,825. The Grand Touring RF is a bit cheaper, starting at $36,625 for the manual or $37,175 for the automatic.
