At any rate, as fun as it is, I agree: The Ram 1500 TRX's fuel economy is suboptimal. Especially in the face of $6 per gallon in Los Angeles, a climate crisis, and just basic piggishness. Stellantis has already announced, and although it'll arrive late to the EV truck party, it will be the battery-powered truck with the lampshade on its head. I interpret this to mean an EV replacement for TRX is already on the whiteboard, if not the drawing board.
