The shooting around 3:30 a.m. Saturday was Harrisburg's fourth homicide of the year.
Cleo Stubbs, of Steelton, was shot multiple times in the abdomen/chest area around 3:30 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of South 19th Street, according to the Dauphin County Coroner’s Office and Harrisburg police.
City patrol officers heard the gunshots and got to the scene soon after Stubbs was shot, Gautsch said. He was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital, where he died. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday. Police Lt. Kyle Gautsch said investigators believe Stubbs was the intended target. No arrests have been made as of Monday.
Saturday’s shooting was Harrisburg’s fourth homicide of the year. Each homicide remains under investigation.
