One woman was dead and another in critical condition after a shooting in Queens on Monday morning.
Police said it started as a domestic dispute between the 51-year-old woman and a 55-year-old man. The other woman was a downstairs neighbor who came up when she heard a commotion.Advertisement The woman who died was an 11-year civilian employee of the NYPD.
