The DOJ said 26-year-old Petty Officer Wenheng Zhao, who worked at the Naval Base Ventura County in Port Hueneme, allegedly received bribes for sending sensitive US military information to a Chinese intelligence officer. A second sailor based in San Diego was also arrested.
