I am not sure how ADL microchipped pets in 2017, but Bo's microchip may not be registered if you didn't follow up on the phone call they asked you to make. Call ADL to find out; they should still have Bo’s adoption records. You also have them or your vet scan him for a microchip. If he has one, make sure it’s registered to your name. Microchips are worthless if they are not registered with the pet owner's contact information. If Bo is not microchipped, call ADL about getting one.
