No arrests have been made in the Sunday afternoon shooting.

Gunfire was exchanged around 2:15 p.m. Sunday on the 1300 block of North 15th Street, according to police Capt. Terry Wealand.

Wealand said a 20-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Neither victim is cooperating with the police investigation, according to police.No arrests have been made as of Monday.
