All lanes of traffic were shut down on State Route 73 after a crash involving three vehicles that seriously injured two people.

Two people were hospitalized in serious condition, according to Sgt. Spencer Cannon with the Utah County Sheriff's Office. Sgt. Cannon said the highway would be closed for several hours and asked drivers to use alternate routes.
