Two teens arrested and accused of throwing a rock from the side of a Kentucky road, seriously injuring driver, authorities say.

"If it was just a few inches higher, it could have been a whole lot worse."

The two boys, ages 14 and 15, are accused of two rock throwing incidents that night, including the one that hurt Wehner, authorities said. The 14-year-old was charged with first-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief and the 15-year-old was charged with first-degree complicity to assault and second-degree criminal mischief, authorities said.
