Fun to say, more fun to eat.
. They sound fancy and look even fancier, so naturally I'd expected them to be challenging to make, as most fancy things are.
I've since learned that's actually not the case at all. Basically, they're just beaten eggs baked with a bunch of fillings inside! Since there's no crust involved, they're far more straightforward than their French cousin, quiche. They're also inherently pretty healthy because they're always packed withlike eggs and sausage, plus lots of fibrous veggies.
