Officers executed a search warrant at a Vaughan home on Saturday and arrested a 17-year-old boy.
Early morning on July 8, officers responded to a call for a stabbing near the intersection of Dufferin Street and Finch Avenue West, in a commercial plaza, according to a Toronto policeThe victim was identified as Auptin Abedini-Senoubari, an 18-year-old from Richmond Hill. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Police said that on Saturday, officers executed a search warrant at a Vaughan home and arrested a 17-year-old boy. The 17-year-old suspect cannot be named due to provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He appeared in court Saturday morning via video.
