Ray Anthony Espinosa, who was in jail on an unrelated charge, was re-arrested on a charge of capital murder in the death of 18-year-old Jonathan Jaziel Heredia. Espinosa is being held on $500,000 bail.Police were called to the Villa Espada Apartments at 12910 Club House Blvd. on Jan. 11 for reports of a shooting. The 911 caller said Heredia had been shot and was being taken to a nearby hospital.
