10 Mechagodzilla Like Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla is a frequent victim of Godzilla. Overwhelmed in his final battle with Godzilla and King Caesar, Mechagodzilla had his head torn off in his debut movie, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla. Godzilla also destroyed him in both of his next two appearances, which were in Terror of Mechagodzilla and Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II.
7 SpaceGodzilla Arguably one of the strongest enemies in Toho’s movies, SpaceGodzilla possessed such a high level of power that even Godzilla himself couldn’t beat him alone. Forced to team up with the robotic Moguera, Godzilla started to win once they began targeting the crystals that gave the kaiju power. Using his spiral heat ray power, Godzilla blasted SpaceGodzilla again and again until the creature was no more.
