16-year-old shot in Cumberland County, taken to hospital with serious injuries

with serious injuries, according to the Carlisle Borough Police. Meanwhile, the victim’s assailant is still on the loose.Anyone with information related to the incident should contact Detective Miller of the Carlisle Police Department at 243-5252.
