The teen is the second person arrested following the shooting of a man and a woman in a vehicle on an Atlantic City street, authorities said.

A 15-year-old boy already in custody on a separate gun charge has been charged in connection with the shooting of a man and a woman in Atlantic City in December. The shooting victims — both 25 — were found shot in a vehicle parked on the 600 block of Adriatic Avenue shortly after 3 p.m. on Dec. 16,Quadri Cooper, 18, of Atlantic City was arrested in January and also charged with two counts of attempted murder for his role in the shooting. Police have not said who allegedly fired the shots.
