One man was killed and three others were seriously injured in a shooting in Midland late Saturday night, according to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department.

At 11:19 p.m., officers were dispatched after receiving reports of shots fired at a quadplex near 76th Street and Golden Given Road East. When deputies arrived, they spoke with a 29-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, both of whom had both been shot and seriously injured. A few minutes later, Tacoma police responded to reports of a homicide at East 38th Street and East I Street. The caller reported that his family member had been shot and died.
Police quickly determined that the 27-year-old victim had come from the shooting in Midland. Another victim was with him, a 38-year-old man who had been shot and seriously injured.No suspects connected to the shooting have been arrested at this time.
