Crime scene tape lined parts of Cypress Hills Street near the entrance to the Jackie Robinson Parkway after multiple shots were fired into a white sedan while two-men were inside, a bullet grazing one of them. Police say one driver cut off the other, an argument ensued, then shots were fired.The NYPD says they don't specifically track all road rage incidents, but officers Bisram talked with say they have been seeing and responding to more lately.
