One person died and a teen was injured as more than one dozen gunshots were fired in Northeast Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood overnight.
The gunfire took place just after 3:45 a.m. Monday at Jackson and Kennedy streets, Philadelphia police said.A 16-year-old was shot twice in his thigh and treated at a hospital in stable condition.At least 15 shell casings could be seen marked on the street.Children have made up about 10% of the nearly 2,200 shooting victims in Philadelphia so far in 2022, according to
