ANCHORAGE, Alaska - One person is dead and two are injured following a roof collapse at a commercial building near 1100 East 76th Avenue at 5:26 p.m. Friday evening, according to Anchorage Fire Department Assistant Chief Alex Boyd.

Assistant Chief Boyd said that AFD units arrived at 5:28 p.m. An Anchorage Police Officer at the scene said the Turnagain CrossFit gym is one of the businesses affected by the collapse.
