DC's The Flash, which has become a box office bomb after failing to come close to projections, fully leaked on Twitter to almost 2 million views.

DC's The Flash leaked on Twitter, with almost 2 million views counted during the time it was online. Ezra Miller leads The Flash, which uses the multiverse in an interesting way, maintaining the big scope that such a story entails, while also telling a deeply emotional, personal story about Barry Allen trying to save his mother. Despite including Batman actors Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton, Sasha Calle's Supergirl, and more, The Flash failed to be the success it was expected to be.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT As reported by The Direct, all 2 hours and 24 minutes of The Flash made their way onto Twitter. User @BriYoshFR was responsible for uploading the full movie to the platform. The Twitter user has since had their account suspended, with the film taken off the platform, but not before the leaked The Flash got 1.7 million views. The leak was shared on Sunday, June 25, remaining available for eight hours before being removed at 1 PM ET.

Why The Flash Twitter Leak Is So Bad For The Movie The Flash had one of the DCEU's worst openings ever, with only $55 million domestically. Leading up to the film's release, it was expected that The Flash would be a box office hit, with many celebrities like Tom Cruise, Jaden Smith, Stephen King, and more having seen the film and singing its praises. DC Studios' creative chief James Gunn even called The Flash "one of the best superhero movies ever made.

However, The Flash's box office went far below expectations, with the movie on the course to be one of the biggest box office bombs in history, given its disappointing performance and hefty budget. The Twitter leak came just as The Flash suffered a second-weekend box office drop nearly as bad as Morbius, the ill-received Sony movie starring Jared Leto that ended its domestic box office run with $75 million.

The Flash's Twitter leak, which got 1.7 million views, drastically diminishes the chances of The Flash having any box office legs. The Twitter leak is another one on the series of leaks that heavily damaged the movie, with early fan screenings promoted by DC resulting in many of the movie's secrets, as well as flaws like the poor CGI and controversial multiverse cameos, leaking before the film was released in theaters.
