1,500 pieces of luggage still looking for owners at YVR

The airport is asking passengers whose baggage is missing to contact their airline.

This number, however, is fluctuating as more people arrive and depart from the airport.

Vancouver International Airport is asking anyone who can’t find their luggage to make a claim with their airline, either online or at the airport. Just before Christmas, with a heavy snowstorm descending on the Lower Mainland, almost all flights from YVR were cancelled, causing chaos at the airport.
